Cancellation: All appointments canceled within 24 hours of appointment start time will be charged at our full rate.

Communicable illnesses: If any member of your household is ill with any sort of communicable illness (Flu, Covid, etc) you are responsible to inform us/cancel the appointment within a timely manner. if we are not informed before we arrive, you will be held responsible for the full appointment cost. We take the health & safety of our clients and staff extremely seriously.

Zero tolerance for harassment: It seems nutty that we have to mention this, but any harassment of our staff, in any way, will result in us immediately leaving the property, charging full price for the appointment type, and likely canceling any future appointments booked by anyone in your household.

Frog possession: If you possess a frog at the time we are in your home, please point it out to us.
